Summarize the article.
Talk to your mentor and at least one other veteran teacher (someone with more than 5 years of experience at your school) about that element. Ask them how they have learned to deal with it in their own practice. What have they learned that can benefit you?
Based on the artice you read and the conversations you had, identify at least one new or different practice that you can implement in your classroom related to your area of concern.
Implement that new or different practice in your classroom.
Summarize the results of that implementation. What worked? What didn't work? What would you do differently and why? Provide at leas tone artifact (e.g. a photo, a sample of student work, etc.
